This workshop will give you the tools you need to help your team conduct a strategic planning process together. Its framework provides “scaffolding” for the solutions you are trying to deliver to your customers.

Session 1

Team Alignment

People love being included, whether in a meeting, on a team, or in a planning process. This exercise will help you learn how to uncover the top priorities of each team member during a goal conducting session.

Session 2

Brand Attributes

The goal of this exercise is to come up with a brand statement. This statement encompasses the key attributes of your business and will help guide you in the design process that will follow.

Session 3

Customer Profiles

Understanding customers' needs provides the foundation necessary when delivering value with any product or service. You will be surprised how many companies or organizations are not clear on who their customers are.  These companies know their product but they don't understand the needs of their customers, which dilutes the value they provide.

Session 4

Goal Prioritization

Your team needs to know what to focus on and where to place their effort. Most people have a hard time putting in a great amount of energy only to find that something will be changed haphazardly or discarded. Your team wants to know what the priorities are and when they do, they will work hard to achieve them.

Session 5

Attribute Clustering

This exercise will help you further refine your business attributes so that you have a clear picture of your value proposition. You will select one main attributes and three supporting attributes then use story to convey emotion and impact to your customers.

Session 6

Data Matching

The goal of this exercise is to take the top three needs of a customer and match them with the priorities of the business. You will identify the solutions to your customers' business problems.

Session 7

Impact Narrative

We will take you through the “Customer Journey” process so that you understand how to create an amazing customer experience to solidify brand loyalty.

Bonus Session

Brand Messaging

This session will provide guidance for structured conversations with your team in order to establish and articulate brand messaging to be clearly conveyed to your customers.
